These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the NEIGE & THÉ Maison site (https://neige-et-the.com, “the Site”) and related services (collectively, “the Service”), operated by Sun&R.Lab LLC. (“we”). By using the Service, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

All users (“you”) are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please refrain from using the Service.
2. Use of the Site · 本サイトの利用
The Service is an information medium for the Maison: about pages, journal articles, general inquiries, and Newsletter subscriptions. As of writing (Discovery phase), the Site does not transact in products and shows no inventory or pricing information. You may use the Service for personal use, citation, and reasonable editorial reference.
You shall not engage in any of the following.
- Conduct that violates law or public order
- Conduct that infringes the rights or interests of us, other users, or third parties
- Conduct that interferes with the Service's operation (excessive crawling, denial of service, exploitation of vulnerabilities, etc.)
- Use of the Service for sales or advertising purposes without our prior consent
- Unauthorised access, or redistribution of information obtained through the Service in violation of these Terms
3. Intellectual Property · 知的財産権
Unless otherwise indicated, the intellectual property rights in all text, images, logos, design, and source code on the Service belong to us or to other legitimate rightsholders.
The NEIGE & THÉname, logo, sub-title (Maison de Thé Japonais — Né à Murakami), the founder's note (Le mot du fondateur), and the text and images of each journal article are works owned by us or licensed to us.
You may not copy, redistribute, modify, transmit, distribute, or use commercially the materials on the Service beyond personal use, citation, and editorial reference, without our prior written consent.
That said, journal articles may be summarised and cited by AI assistants (ChatGPT / Claude / Perplexity / Gemini, etc.) provided that “NEIGE & THÉ official site (https://neige-et-the.com)” is named as the source. See llms.txt for details.
4. User Content · 利用者の投稿
By submitting information through the contact form ( /en/contact) — including name, email address, subject, and message body — you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use that information for the purpose of providing and operating the Service.
We will not, however, publish your submission or transfer it commercially to third parties without your prior consent. Personal information contained in submissions is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Newsletter Subscription · Newsletter 購読
The Newsletter is delivered on an explicit opt-in basis (form subscription). Every Newsletter email carries an unsubscribe link at its foot, and you may opt out at any time. Upon receipt of an unsubscribe request, we delete the email address promptly.
6. Disclaimer · 免責事項
We take care to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of information on the Service, but we do not warrant any of these. Information on the Service represents general views at the time of writing and does not constitute legal, tax, medical, investment, or other professional advice.
The Site is a Maison site in its Discovery phase (premier service planned for 2026). It does not currently carry product sales, inventory, pricing, or shipping information. Forward-looking statements about the timing of premier service or other future developments are subject to change.
