The collection of NEIGE & THÉ is composed of four lines, each playing its own part within a course. Tea carries the basso continuo. Herbal extends the dish's afterglow. Fruits & Veg converse with the plate in three voices. Infusion layers complexity into a single cup. Place, translated into the non-alcoholic.
